Utilizing our experience in space planning and concept design, we will review your floor plan and identify any spatial issues and design challenges. It is preferred (but not required) that this service takes place during the planning phase of your project rather than once construction has begun.

- Our goal will be to identify challenges and provide solutions. We will suggest practical and creative solutions to enhance the overall functionality and flow of your interior. 

- Deliverables will include a combination of hand sketches and notes on the provided floor plan drawing. After our initial review of your floor plan, we will set up a thirty minute call to discuss our findings. We will follow up with a final deliverable incorporating any addition ideas from our call.

- Please note this service does not include any 2D autocad drawings or 3D sketches.
