Katie Gelsheimer

Katie is a Registered Interior Designer and LEED Accredited Professional. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, she later received her Bachelor of Interior Design from Texas Tech University in 2006. She spent the majority of her career at an architecture & engineering firm where she specialized in corporate and healthcare interiors. She sat for the NCIDQ in 2009. Later she moved into commercial real estate development where she honed her technical drawing skills. In 2015, she started BDGelsh and focused on architectural drafting and sketching. In 2020, she rebranded to Katie Gelsheimer Home + Design where she continues to provide design services, architectural drafting, renderings and project management to residential and commercial clients.

Katie, along with her husband and 2 young boys, relocated from Dallas to Lake St. Louis, Missouri in 2018. In April of 2022, they welcomed a baby girl to complete their family.

Lindsey Bedford

Lindsey is from Mexico, Missouri and has a Bachelor of Education from Columbia College. Her career began as a junior high English Language Arts teacher in Columbia, Missouri. After relocating to Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, Lindsey took a break from teaching to stay home with her children. After being out of education for an extended period of time, she discovered her passion for interior design and began working as a home staging professional before furthering her career as a design assistant for a local interior designer. Lindsey joined KGD in August of 2022.

Lindsey and her husband, Travis, are proud parents to three children. Their oldest just left home to begin her college journey at the University of Missouri.

Olivia Zaleuke

Olivia recently graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies with an emphasis in Interior Design. She is a CIDA-certified interior designer and looking forward to beginning her career with KGD where she has interned for the past three summers. She brings a fresh perspective and a passion for timeless interiors, art, and texture to the team.

Originally from St. Paul, Missouri, Olivia enjoys practicing yoga, gardening, and cooking during her free time.

- An on-site, ninety minute meeting where we will tour the space, discuss your vision, your needs and your wants. We will offer ideas and solutions on the spot and help you prepare for the next steps.

- The consultation is a work session where we discuss the scope of work and the big picture ideas for the space.

- We will recommend contractors, tradesmen, manufacturers and vendors as they apply to the space.

- If additional design drawings or sketches are desired we will discuss the purchase of a design services package. We will send over an estimate of hours following the consultation meeting.
