Every project is different and I am always available to discuss the best service for you. My schedule allows me to take on a combination of full-service design projects (concept to completion) and smaller design plans (typically considered concept drawings).
The best way to get started is to set up a consultation (phone or on-site), both of which can be booked below. After we meet I will send over a proposal for estimated design time. Once you have signed the proposal and paid the deposit (typically half of the total estimate) your spot on my calendar will be secure.
If design time is discussed on an hourly basis, I will first collect a 5 hour retainer followed by hourly invoicing at the end of the month.

- A forty-five minute phone call where we will explore the space (photos, floorplans, construction documents), discuss your vision, your needs and your wants. We will offer ideas and solutions on the spot and help you prepare for the next steps.
- The consultation is a work session where we discuss the scope of work and the big picture ideas for the space.
- We will recommend contractors, tradesmen, manufacturers and vendors as they apply to the space.
- If additional design drawings or sketches are desired we will discuss the purchase of a design services package. We will send over an estimate of hours following the consultation call.
