design development

Once you have completed the conceptual phase of a project, we can move into Design Development. This phase is all about adding detail to our design. We will further develop the floorplan and begin selecting specific finishes, fixtures and equipment. Additional 2D elevations and/or 3D sketches are developed to help the client visualize the space. A specification binder, that will stay on-site, will be made to detail all selections for finishes, fixtures and equipment.

Time can be billed hourly or for a flat fee.
